Identifying Risks for Construction and Renovation Projects

Building materials may contain hazardous substances such as asbestos, lead or silica.  They may also be impacted by mould or other biological contaminants. Disturbing these materials without having proper precautions in place can present a health risk - to construction workers and to building occupants.
